ORDER & RETURN POLICY

Direct Sales Returns Policy

The policy set out below relates specifically to the return of goods purchased through our web.


Our Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return items then we’re here to make things as simple and straight forward as possible.

Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered.

You can return your purchase to us within 15 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost.

I want to return an unwanted item.

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we may not refund your postage costs.

What items cannot be returned?

The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to withdraw from any purchase made from us at any time 30 working days after the date you receive the item.

If you want to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part we will refund the purchase but may choose not refund your delivery costs.

 

Our Refunds Policy:

When will I get my refund?

When you send your item back to us, within 2-3 days of receipt we will process the returned item and make a payment back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with.

 

Our Exchanges Policy:

Can I exchange my returned item for something else?

We are unable to exchange goods from one order to another. In all cases we would handle your returned item as a straight forward return and refund the payment back on the credit card or debit card you originally paid with as per the refunds policy (above).
If you do require another item a new order would need to be raised and charged for separately and the funds will be taken for the new order before you will have received a refund for the returned item(s)

 

Cancellation Policy:

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
