You have a choice of ways to order through our secure website! For speed, you can use the Search option, which looks though our entire online selection to find you the products you’re looking for. You can type in the product code of the items you require if you know them or just type the name of the product.

You can also browse through each of the sections and sub-sections of the site. To make things as easy as possible, we have tried to organise the site as closely to our Annual Catalogue as we can.

The items are added to your Shopping Basket. To check your purchase at any time, click on the Basket icon to check which items you have selected and then submit your order. When you've made your selections, just check your customer details and confirm your purchase. It's that easy!

Please note, to place an order, you must first register to create an online account. Only when you are logged on can you complete your order. For customer service reasons, we may also restrict the products available on the website to those which are currently in stock.

Our Customer Service Team is ready to take your order. For speed and efficiency we suggest you have the following to hand:

1. The catalogue code of each item you require.
2. The product description of each item, including size and colour.
3. Your credit/debit card.

n form of payment:

Credit or charge card: Please print your card number in the boxes provided along with the relevant expiry date and issue numbers where applicable. Remember Credit/Debit cards will only charge for the items that we are able to send you, at the time your order is processed.

Cheques/Postal Order: Please make your cheques/postal order payable to TINT(UK) LIMITED ensure you print your Bankers Card Number on the reverse side along with your address.

Delivery and handling

We will be pleased to arrange delivery on your behalf via our carrier if requested, in which case please include the postage and handling charge on your order. Orders collected incur no handling charges. If you require delivery by courier then a nominal charge is made to cover packing and handling.

Price Changes

Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.

Value Added Tax

Prices shown are excluded VAT of 20% where applicable. Tint Pets reserve the right to alter prices shown in this catalogue in the event of a change in the level of VAT.

Import Taxes

Please ensure that you contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm whether or not you may be liable to local import taxes, duty and VAT (or equivalent) upon arrival of any products supplied by Tint Pets from the United Kingdom to you or your freight agent. The customer is liable for payment of all import duties
